Spongebob Squarepants & Krabby Patty Cake

This cake was made for our grandson's 2nd birthday. The cake had to travel 5 hours to Montana so I tried to come up with a method to have Spongebob laying down so he could take the trip better - but not just have him laying flat on a cake board - so that's where the giant krabby patty came into play. where's waldo... errr.. Purse Birthday Cake

A birthday cake for a friend. Chocolate, chocolate chip cake with buttercream filling covered with fondant & fondant decorations.  Double sided - flowers on both sides. 

Western Horseshoe Wedding Cake

3-tier western wedding cake with horseshoes. Covered in fondant with faux wood fondant covered base. Real rope trim on top and bottom layers.  (16" base tier) There was a topper the family had that was going to be added at the reception. Lion Cake

Another 1st Birthday Cake! This time it's a lion! The lion body is made from a 3D "lamb pan" turned lion.  Fondant on baseboard, grass, face, tail and ears. Body is done in buttercream with chocolate buttercream for the mane and the end of the tail. Party hat is of course, an ice cream cone with some buttercream decorations. The birthday boy's  name is in Sparkle Gel. This little guy had to travel across Northwestern Wyoming and through Yellowstone Park to get to the party... and he didn't ...

Cupcakes – Big Ones

A REALLY BIG cupcake - made for my co-worker's b-day. Whipped icing on top, chocolate ganache on the bottom with fondant flowers and initial. 

Sun Dogs

A sun dog or sundog (parhelion) is a common bright circular spot on a solar halo. It is an atmospheric optical phenomenon primarily associated with the reflection or refraction of sunlight by small ice crystals making up cirrus or cirrostratus clouds.
